CalcWorld is designed as a client-side application. When you input numbers, text, or query data into our various calculators (e.g., BMI, Salary breakdowns, Password Checkers), the mathematical processing happens locally within your web browser. We do not transmit, log, save, or harvest the data you input into our calculator fields on any remote servers. Your calculations remain strictly on your device.

This allows your browser to remember which calculators you use most frequently, populating the "Recently Used" section on our homepage. This data is stored entirely on your device's hard drive and is never transmitted back to us. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's history and cache.
CalcWorld follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, preventing abuse, and gathering broad demographic information.
